Since 1994 we have been catering to students of all ages. We provide instruction in Kenpo Karate, Fitness and self defense for all ages of children, teens and adults.

Our program is a great way to give kids a head start in life. At Callahan’s Karate Studio they will learn the positive benefits of self discipline and confidence, develop coordination, increase strength and flexibility.
With the structure of respect that is built into karate, children develop fitness and the ability to listen, learn, and achieve within a highly regulated environment.

This proves to be an excellent reinforcement of study techniques for school. We make learning challenging as well as enjoyable. Not only do our students learn the most, they have the most fun too.
